Outcome	As a result of participating in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) workshop during the beginning of the Academic Year, Field Supervisors (students) will be able to demonstrate the key skills necessary to provide a supportive and safe working environment by identifying how they have applied the key skills to the workplace and their lives outside of work through the completion of a reflection response during the Spring Quarter.
