As a result of participating in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) workshop, Field Supervisors will be able to demonstrate the key skills necessary to provide a supportive and safe working environment by identifying how they have applied the key skills to the workplace and their lives outside of work through the completion of a reflection response at the end of the Academic Year. |

Assessment Summary:
Field Supervisors will participate in the OEOD workshop and utilize the lessons they have learned throughout their employments with Anteater Express. They will need to demonstrate and actively engage in the safety and supportive-style working environment skills they learned throughout the year. In April of the Spring Quarter, the Field Supervisors will take a two-question, write-in survey that will be reviewed by the General Manager of Anteater Express or designee to ensure a noticeable reflection process was made as well as a visual improvement of the skills learned. These results will be reviewed for future program implementations and changes as deemed necessary. |
