Assessment Summary:
At the beginning of the Fall Quarter 2020, the Anthology editorial and student teams will be asked to write an initial essay describing their leadership skills in terms of how they feel they are as a leader, how they lead others, and how they plan to deal with team conflict. In the Winter Quarter 2021, the teams will be asked to reflect on their last essay and note 1) if they feel they have noticed a particular aspect of their leadership skills that they feel they need to improve or see as a challenge and 2) how they plan to improve that skill as well as turn the challenge into an opportunity. In the Spring Quarter 2021, the teams will reflect on their last two essays, drawing specifically on 1) would they still assess themselves as the leader they felt they were in Fall Quarter 2020 and 2) were they able to improve on the skills they felt they needed to and if so, what were the results of such and if to, how do they plan to do so in the future. |
