Outcome International students and scholars participating in a cooking demonstration and sampling at the dining hall will be exposed to traditional Thanksgiving dishes and learn the steps to cook a holiday side.
Benchmark 100% of students will learn the basics of cooking a traditional Thanksgiving side. 80% of students will use the recipe card and what they learned in the demonstration and will attempt to cook/recreate the dish at home.
