Outcome (LEARNING OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Event Services team will redefine its training and quizzes to align with the significant changes in the team’s responsibilities post-COVID. This will involve updating the Leveling Document to reflect new training activities and required quizzes. The primary objective will be to ensure that all Event Services student employees are utilizing the Level Up software to track their progress through the newly defined levels of employment. The goal is for 100% of Event Services student employees to actively use Level Up to log their progress with an emphasis on leveling up (promoting to next level) by the end of the fiscal year.
Benchmark 100% of Event Services student employees will be set up in the Level Up software by the end of Q2, and will have completed Level 1 requirements by the end of the fiscal year, which include UCLC mandatory training and Basic Event Services Training to be defined.
